Our Victorian, historic Grade II Listed Building was built in 1909. Historically, the building was used as a ticket office for the Royal Deeside Train Line. The unique city centre location of the building sitting on the corner nestled between Bridge Street and Guild Street, the unusual shape of the building - and interior, lend to the fact that most people in and around Aberdeen know where Tiffany's is situated.
Lorraine has been the proprietor for the last 22 years and has developed this Hair and Beauty business into a highly successful and renowned business in Aberdeen City Centre, “our salon is classed as a large salon, however, I feel we are a reasonably large size which gives us the opportunity to offer a professional consistent service, and a genuinely warm reception to all clients and staff alike – we also concentrate on this one fabulous location giving us the maximum opportunity to excel in our hair and beauty strengths”
We have a tremendous team of highly skilled hairdressers and therapists. 2008 saw us having the opportunity to reward many of our long-standing staff with the opportunity to work in partnership with us, and is a programme we are very proud of and will continue to explore and expand in 2009.
We also work in partnership with Aveda being the first salon in Aberdeen to have the Aveda product and colour range in our salon in the year 2000, and today we are the only Aveda Concept Salon and Spa in Aberdeen. Being a Concept Salon means that we only stock, use, and retail Aveda products in all of our Departments. Aveda's own company philosophy is all about genuinely looking after the client and the environment, and embodies everything we work towards in our own business.
